How can we help?
The fastest way to get the right answer is to pick the path that matches where you are — starting a new application, deciding what you need, or checking on an existing case.

Help us respond well
Help us respond well
For general questions, you can also email us. Our team reviews every enquiry and responds based on the service and the information provided — a few details make a real difference:
info@vizabolt.com- The service or destination you’re interested in
- Your current country of residence
- Your nationality (and your family’s, if they’re applying too)
- Roughly when you’re hoping to travel or relocate
- How many people are applying or travelling
Please don’t send sensitive documents by email
Never include passport copies, Emirates ID, bank statements, or other identity or financial documents in a general enquiry. If your case needs documents, we’ll ask for them through the appropriate client process — only share them when requested, through the channel we direct you to.
A few things worth knowing
- Vizabolt is a private service provider — not an embassy, a consulate, or a government authority.
- Decisions on visas and residency are always made by the relevant authorities.
- Sensitive documents are only ever requested through the appropriate client process — never through general contact channels.
- If you already have a case with us, the client portal is the right place for anything case-related.
